BackOffice Server 4.5 comes with the Microsoft Proxy Client installation program on the CDs. However, when you try to run Setup.exe from the CD, the following error message appears:
Setup could not open the file: CD-ROM drive letter\MSP\clients\MSPLAT.TXT
To install the Microsoft Proxy Client, you cannot run Setup from the CD. Setup must be run from the shared folder created under MSPCLNT after proxy has been installed. Msplat.txt is create by Proxy Server and contains settings specific to the proxy server the client will use.
To resolve this issue, connect to the MSPCLNT shared folder on the BackOffice Server and run Setup.exe from there.
