Error Message While Installing Windows 2000 Administration Tools from the Windows 2000 CD-ROM
Solution
While you are installing the Microsoft Windows 2000 Administration tools from the I386 folder on the Windows 2000 Server CD-ROM, you may receive the following error:
Please insert the disk labeled Windows 2000 Setup CD.
When you click OK, the message reappears even though the Windows 2000 CD-ROM is in the drive and the correct path is provided.
Install the Windows 2000 Administration tools by running the Adminpak.msi file located in the %SystemRoot%\System32 folder.
